PURE ESSENTIAL OILS BECAUSE:

Cedarwood
Essential oil distilled from wood chippings. Cedarwood has a warm, woody aroma that is acceptable to most men. It has calming and anti-inflammatory properties that make it ideal for reducing both mental stress and muscle tension due to stress.

Sandalwood
Essential oil distilled from the wood. Again this has an aroma that most men seem to like. Sandalwood is a good antidepressant and helps lift mood, relax the mind and reduce stress. It can also help induce sleep. Additionally Sandalwood is beneficial for the skin. It has the ability to balance sebum production so can help balance out dry, dehyrated skin and oily skin alike. It is also antiseptic and soothing so will help alleviate shaving rash and skin problems.

Vetivert
Scented grass native to India. Essential oil is distilled from the roots. Vetivert has an earthy aroma, is deeply relaxing and known as ‘the oil of tranquility’. It therefore helps with stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression. It is grounding and stabilising so good for people who ‘have their head in the clouds’ or are insecure. Also good following a traumatic period such as bereavement, divorce etc.
