Cotswold Caress products are devised and hand blended by a registered
Clinical Aromatherapist based in the Heart of England.

The aim is to promote the use of aromatherapy in daily life
to help naturally enhance well-being and maintain a healthy mind and body.
By creating natural products in contemporary packaging at honest prices,
we aim to make therapeutic aromatherapy available to all.

All raw materials, base products and pure essential oils are sourced from quality, reputable suppliers and are therapeutic grade. The products are free from SLS and parabens, artificial colouring and fragrance and are not tested on animals.
The essential oils and natural ingredients are specifically selected for their
healing properties and blended into unique products,
giving you a top to toe therapeutic experience.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

Qualified in Clinical Aromatherapy, Mental Health Nursing and with a scientific degree, I firmly believe in the mind-body connection and that neither side should be treated in isolation. I believe that complementary approaches incorporated into everyday life can help us stay balanced and manage stress more effectively, so improving overall quality of life and general well-being.

Clinical Aromatherapy is the art and science of using pure plant essential oils to:

· Enhance and maintain mental and physical health

· Help prevent disorders

· Help alleviate and heal disorders

It is a complementary therapy that works alongside other forms of medicine and should not be used to replace conventional treatment without discussion and agreement with your GP. With any persisting complaint you are always advised to consult your GP.
