Ease and soothe tired, sore muscles
with pure essential oils selected for their
WARMING, ANALGESIC
and
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY properties.
The Tired Muscles blend contains ginger, eucalyptus and rosemary.
It is available in bubble bath, shower gel, massage oil and gel rub.
Full ingredient listings can be found on the quick guide page.
Use of products:
It is recommended to apply massage oil or gel rub twice daily to the affected area. Move the muscles immediately after applying to help release any stiffness. The gel rub is water based so ideal if a quick, non-oily application is required.
If the product is used long term, it is recommended to rotate with a similar blend, for example Rheumatic Aches and Pains. This is because the body can get ‘used to’ the repeated use of the same essential oils, so they then appear less effective.
Cautions: Use not advised during pregnancy or with high blood pressure due to the rosemary content.
If you have problems sleeping, do not use within 2 hours of bedtime as this blend is stimulating. Rheumatic Aches and Pains blend is a good alternative in this case.

TIRED MUSCLES CONTAINS GINGER, EUCLAYPTUS AND ROSEMARY PURE ESSENTIAL OILS BECAUSE:
Ginger
Essential oil is distilled from the root. Ginger has rubifacient (warming) properties so increases the blood supply to the area where it is applied. The warming action soothes tired muscles and aids mobility. The increased blood supply helps remove toxins that may accumulate in muscles following activity, this in turn helps to ease sore muscles.
Eucalyptus
Essential oil is distilled from leaves of the tree. This oil has analgesic properties and eases local pain where it is applied. It is a good decongestant, helping to promote efficient blood flow through the muscles and reduce inflammation of tired, overworked muscles.
Rosemary
Essential oil is distilled from the flowering tops. Rosemary is an effective analgesic and stimulant, so easing pain and promoting blood flow through congested muscles.
